Whereas the parties herein seek to enter into the following agreement:
ChristiansNetworking.com and/or EnterGlobe.com ("EnterGlobe") hereby agrees to offer and/or sell the services herein. I agree to subscribe and become a member through this membership agreement. My organization and public posted information will be advertised and exposed among the members and non members. It is mandatory that prior to signing (accepting by clicking on the "Yes" button) that I respect and follow all of the terms, conditions, rules, policies and regulations.
"EnterGlobe" consist of the following sites which each site is a part of this agreement:

In no event, in any communications via: telephone, cell phone, Web site, BBS or Advertising Space including but not limited to E-mail, can I use any sexual profanity, obscene material, threatening sentences, harassment, racially offensive or any type of illegal or immoral statements. EnterGlobe and it's sub sites does not endorse any transaction between the individuals, organizations or members. The members and non-members can not use EnterGlobe integrity and credibility for such purposes. EnterGlobe will not, under any circumstances aid, hear, defend, listen to, or comment on any complaints from members concerning other members with whom they have entered into a third party financial or business arrangement (against EnterGlobe's policy). Any use of EnterGlobe's name, it's identification or it's logos, must be authorized by the corporate officer in writing or by a digital signature agreement. EnterGlobe does not guarantee any accuracy of a member and/or organization listed on web site(s) information and/or Advertising. Beyond the products and services of which I am representing and being approved for, solicitation of members to buy and/or sell and/or trade other products, services, investments or solicitation of money is totally unacceptable and forbidden unless authorized by EnterGlobe's Corporate officer with an authorized letter/email (with digital signature). Opinions given by EnterGlobe's staff are not professional statements directly attributed to problem solving or resolving conflicts among/or between third parties and/or members. I, as the individual member or an organization will indemnify and hold EnterGlobe, its staff, directors, employees and agents harmless for any losses, costs, liabilities or expenses resulting from any membership(s). Such indemnification shall include but not limited to any software unauthorized tampering, possible down site(s) / server, damages caused by individuals that have damaging preconceived ideas with ulterior motives.

Any and all formal complaints shall be in writing to EnterGlobe headquarters.

EnterGlobe chat rooms are strictly for the use of individual members (EnterGlobe, Standard, Business or Single packages).
The membership programs and the fees:
A) Standard member: "Not available at this time" 
You can join Enterglobe for as little as $9/two months, $19/six months and $29/one year. Access to any of the following areas: Christian businesses (sales); selling your auto, boat or plane; classified site; employment's; all types of exchanges and borrowing money. Feel free to enter each particular site of your choice, read the pertinent information and join that very site by submitting your application.  For christian employers, you can join "ChristianEmployments.com" for as little as $19/month. 

B) Business member: "Not available at this time" 
Access to Christian businesses (promotion), Finance, Lending Money, Management's, Investors, Partners, Losing weights, Travel, Flower / Gift shops, Real Estate, Attorney's, Hotels, Restaurants and wedding sites. You pay by the number of clicks (clients that are rerouted to your site) by way of charge per click (c.p.c.) which is ten cents ($0.1) per click until your tab (invoice) reaches an amount of nineteen Dollars ($19) which translate to one hundred and ninety clients. Your invoice is sent to you electronically and gets charged against your form of payment listed on the initial application. 

C) Single member:
As a single member you have access to ChristianSingles.com; ChristiansRomance.com; and ChristiansDates.com. The monthly membership fees are $19 (Gold package under ChristiansRomance.com) or $29/month (Platinum package under ChristiansDates.com). For a life time free membership, Christian Singles can sign up in SinglesChristian.com At present, the new Senior members can sign up in ChristianSingleSeniors.com for free under "Silver package". Under "Platinum package", you can also reach other members. The monthly membership fee for this package is $29/month. The Teen members can sign up in ChristianTeenagers.net for free (upon availablity of site)

D) EnterGlobe member: "Not Available at this time" 
As an Enterglobe member you will have the privilege to access all sites. Just a few example of the sites are Business, Classified, Employment, Exchanges, Online services, Finance, Money, Lenders, Partners, Investors, Real Estate, Singles, plus many others. The membership privileges are extended to all your immediate family members (in one household only please). It shall not be transferred to others. It can also be prepaid for the entire period. 

An EnterGlobe membership, automatically covers Standard, Business / Finance and Single memberships.  The monthly membership fees are $50/month, $200/six months, $400/one year or $1,500/ five years.

I understand that unless I accept this agreement, I will not be accepted as a member. I further understand that if my application form is not accepted, I will get my full payment back without any deduction. I also have the right to switch, change, put on hold or cancel my membership by giving EnterGlobe a three (3) days written notice by mail or e-mail. EnterGlobe has the right to charge my account only the applicable Membership Fees, which I accept.    The fees will be charged monthly (unless otherwise has been selected) to my credit card in advance.

There maybe additional charges in regards to other features / benefits that are not included with the free membership packages. Additional charges may be assessed per the items described in the application form(s). As an EnterGlobe member, I have the privilege to use the packages for my immediate family member(s).  For security purposes, I agree that, my benefits under this package will not be transferred to anyone else including but not limited to my family members, friends or coworkers. 

In case of any dispute in regards to charges I agree to try to resolve the issue by contacting EnterGlobe directly by e-mail, mail, fax or phone before contacting or resorting to other measures. I further agree not to be in direct competition or conflict with EnterGlobe and/or it's affiliated sites as they are listed in this agreement.

The members of EnterGlobe:
We would pray and have faith for the types of Christian individuals and Corporate Executives that we are attracting through EnterGlobe and its affiliated sites.

As we believe in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 "Do not be yoked together with unbelievers". 

At EnterGlobe, we certainly hope that you ask, seek and knock. (Matthew 7:7-12) 

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened". "Have faith in God. Whatever you '(as an EnterGlobe member)' ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:22-24)

As a new member, promise that you will not worry. "Do not worry about your life". "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life". (Luke 12:22-26) 

As a new member, I promise that I will not judge. "You have no excuse to pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things." (Romans 2:1-4)

We hope that you will be patient with all our sites, as some of them still maybe under construction or development. "Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord's coming. We request that you as a member help us by reporting any incidents prior to becoming accidents including but not limited to suspicious activities related to drugs, money or sex solicitations, political influences, illegal transactions, hackers, members with proven criminal records and all types of pornography related issues. I agree to pay any and all charges posted on the site, which are related to my selected package(s) without any dispute. EnterGlobe reserves the right to refuse and/or remove a membership as reasoned in our removal policy. 

Policy for Removal of members and / or canceling Membership: 
 EnterGlobe  and its affiliate sites reserves the right to refuse and/or remove a member solely based on internal documents that may prove one or any combination of the reason(s) listed below:

Any member that is under the age of 18 (including teenagers without parental permission).
  	
Any member/owner who does not adhere to our biblical principals (Articles of Faith).
  	
Any incomplete application or purposely altered data.
  	
Any use of statements that are racial, sexual or offensive to the public.
  	
Any failure to provide updated information by email or mail.
  	
Any invalid or inactive credit card or Email address.
  	
Any inappropriate solicitations other than those approved material by Enterglobe.
  	
Any person that is seeking to cheat, steal, hurt, condemn or sabotage others.
  	
Any person / Company that alters the products or services on the site after the initial approval.
  	
Any direct competition with existing sites of EnterGlobe as to be determined by EnterGlobe staff.
       
EnterGlobe may choose not to disclose to the member the reason(s) for which a termination has been based.
 
Policy for NO Refund(s) or credit(s) :
EnterGlobe has a no refund policy. It states that there will not be refund(s) given at any time. A member may cancel by transmitting a three (3) day cancellation notice via e-mail, fax or mail. Except otherwise what is posted on the affiliated sites, the membership fees are charged monthly in advance. 

The following once proven with full written documentation are grounds for full refunds: 

Any fraud on behalf of the member, with a proof transmitted by credit card company, credit union or bank.
  
Any error on our part in overcharging.
  
Any duplicate submissions.
  
Any other case(s) on it's merit(s) under submission and approved by EnterGlobe.

I understand that I will not resort to any charge backs through my credit card company and that once, my application is accepted and approved by EnterGlobe, there will be no refunds for the entire period of the membership. However I can exchange my package for a different type of a package and/or benefit(s) so long as the additional charges (if any) are adjusted, prorated or paid. Any further changes during this period would first have to be consented to and by EnterGlobe unless otherwise noted as additional charges may be assessed per the related application of the site(s).

Privacy for EnterGlobe members Please be reminded that we are a Christian networking enterprise and we expect all activities to be performed under the highest degree of integrity and honesty of the Christian members, Worldwide. EnterGlobe.com wants to make you feel safe. Our data collection limits what is "private" and what is "public" information. Our goal is to protect your information in our secure site. We have used Thawte.com services to do this. Your data, under any circumstances will not be given to a third party web site or marketing firm. 

Depending on the service(s) you are selecting, you maybe asked at different times to provide certain information. On other occasions such as when we may provide items for purchase/pay online, we may request your credit card number to conclude the transaction or your mailing address to ensure proper billing. We do everything we can to make EnterGlobe your first and final destination site for all your web needs with full security. 

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.Only authorized individuals have access to the pertinent information. 

This agreement is a full recourse agreement. You as the new member shall comply with all rules and regulations as set forth herein including laws of The State of California.  This agreement is entered into in Los Angeles, California, United States of America. Both State and Federal laws are in effect during the term of this agreement Such Federal jurisdiction shall govern the construction, interpretation, execution, validity, enforceability and performance of this agreement in respect to this contract, including breaches or arbitration. If any part of this agreement is proven to be unenforceable in any State or Country, the remaining parts shall remain enforceable and active. 

Lawsuits among believers are not permitted by EnterGlobe standards. "If you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the Church". (1 Corinthians 6:1-8) 

Any dispute(s) regarding to this agreement, which can not be settled by the parties, shall be submitted for final arbitration (in The United States) to U.S. Chamber Of Commerce in Washington, D.C. and (in Europe, Asia and Middle East) to "Chambre Du Commerce Et De L'Industrie De Geneve" in Geneva, Switzerland or Paris France. 

Although, at this time signing this agreement by you is not possible in person or electronically, clicking on "Yes" does have the same impact and affect. By clicking "Yes", you will enter the "related application form" and it is not possible to submit the application without having seen this agreement.

In the State or the Country that I am living, I am considered to be within the legal age group. I have read the entire agreement and understand all aspects of this agreement and my acceptance below by clicking on "Yes, I have read and do agree" will make this agreement legally binding. Simply let your "Yes" be "Yes", and your "No" be "No".  "Anything beyond this comes from the evil one. "  (Matthew 5:37)
